How to Request a Return

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is caused by a product defect, shipping damage, incorrect item received, or another seller-related issue, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to personal preference, change of mind, incorrect purchase, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
